This course equips students with the essential tools for managing the practical dimensions of ministry: articulating vision and mission, budgeting, leading effective meetings, staff management, and navigating church polity and governance structures. Through case studies, real-world simulations, theological reflection, and skill-based learning, students will gain the capacity to lead faithfully and competently in the daily demands of church life. Students will be invited to reflect on how management is not a distraction from ministry but a key site of spiritual leadership, where mission meets structure, and vision becomes practice. Whether serving in established congregations, new church starts, or parachurch organizations, this course helps future leaders steward people, resources, and processes with wisdom, clarity, and purpose.
